  The Epping to Chatswood railway line was opened in 2009 at a cost of $2.3 billion.   Did you know? Efflorescence can be a liable defect.

    Builders and tilers beware.In the past leaching or efflorescence was regarded as a 'maintenance issue' for building owners. However, since 2007 it has been listed as a defect in the national publication: 'Guide to Standards and Tolerances'.   Efflock testing: Boral Material Technical Services

       Photo showing Efflock testing samples in the first week of testing (very slight efflorescence is visible on the control samples without Efflock on the left). Efflock is currently undergoing independent testing at the Boral Laboratory in Baulkham Hills, Sydney. This test facility is the largest of it's type in the Southern Hemisphere and is well recognised.   Are you trying to install a secondary membrane, but it keeps raining?!!
