Read more →In recent meetings with Multiplex, we had the opportunity to tour a large project that used Efflock in approximately 4000m2 of tiling completed around 4 years ago. Joe Metlage of Casumo Constructions is the builder and still has his office located in the said building at 8 Bourke Street Mascot, in Sydney. It was pleasing to see that Efflock has performed extremely well, keeping efflorescence under control in the expansive common areas. 200 litres of Efflock for New Development

'The Tempo' is a new residential complex in Botany Road, due for completion later this year. Efflorescence and water problems have caused major headaches in apartment buildings, as the current design trends feature rendered walls, planter boxes, and tiled balconies. Trapping moisture with a secondary membrane
Read more →The popular approach to controlling efflorescence on tiled balconies, is to provide a secondary membrane directly beneath the tiles. Another approach is to bond the tile bed directly to the substrate and install a single membrane on top. Both of these methods are popular and can be effective in controlling efflorescence from the tile bed, but there are pit-falls.
