Galand Constructions have commenced their new and exciting project, 'The Post'. This new multi storey apartment block will occupy the former site of the Maroubra Post Office which is now located in Pacific Square (a modern shopping centre across the road which incidentally, has a bit of an efflorescence problem).
Galand Constructions are quality builders, and as such, were one of the very first builders to use and continue to use Efflock on their projects, since it was launched 12 months ago. They have an impressive portfolio of high-end architect designed homes, and will be applying the same high standards and quality building products as they venture into high-rise construction.
